Shipping Information

SoTru ships orders to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. You should receive your products within seven to ten business days from the date your order is shipped. 

Web Order Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days for a full refund less shipping & handling, credited back to the credit card that was used in the original purchase.

Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 800-713-2480 and to obtain return address for shipment. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

We can only accept returns purchased online at greggm27.sg-host.com or when placed via phone direct from SoTru.

In Store Purchase Returns

Please bring any product not purchased directly with SoTru to the store where purchased and refer to their return policy.
