These hearty and satisfying snacks are a great on the go treat or afternoon boost!
• 2 cups raw sprouted sunflowers
• 1 cup Dried apricots
• ¼ cup dried fruit of choice (Cherries, cranberries, dates, figs, golden raisins, golden berries)
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• 1 scoop SoTru Protein and Greens Powder
Put sunflower seeds in food processor and pulse 10 times.
Add dried fruit, salt and vanilla, pulse until all ingredients are combined and stick together.
Add any flavor of SoTru protein powder and pulse till blended.
Roll into Tablespoon sized balls and refrigerate!
