Enjoy these festive treats packed with protein and no added sugar!
1 scoop of either SoTru Vanilla Vegan Protein or Vanilla Chai Vegan Protein
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg
1/2 c almond butter
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
