This scrumptious Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake recipe is a great and easy way to start a fall morning or after a good workout. Who says eating well had to taste bad? Not us!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp honey (agave nectar, or sweetener of choice)
1 scoop SoTru Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 bananas (medium)
6 ice cubes
Directions – Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with chia seeds or pumpkin seeds.
