½ frozen sliced banana
3/4 c. frozen blueberries
¼ c. frozen dark sweet cherries
1 c. unsweetened milk (or milk substitute)
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 frozen acai packet (Sambazon) OR 1 tbsp freeze dried acai powder (Acai Roots)
optional: ½ avocado
Toppings (all optional):
Blend all main ingredients together in blender and pour into a bowl. Then top with nuts, chia, flax, hemp, granola, banana slices, etc and enjoy!
