I’ve tried many Vitamin D capsules and pills. This product I can take any time of the day with without food. While others would cause indigestion.
It's great for the most part but you can always taste that pea protein no matter what. Personally, I prefer whey protein, but this one is probably the best plant based protein powder that I've ever had.
I love that this has all the plant based vitamins that I need without soy, dairy and gluten! It's easy on the stomach too.
