I have been so pleasantly surprised how great this is. Now that I've had it daily in my coffee for a few days I actually look forward to it. It's good! I do one scoop at a time or it's just too much overpowering flavor but I will definitely keep ordering.
I’ve been taking this calcium for about 6 weeks and have had no adverse effects. I take 1 tablet 3x/ day, the first tablet at least 4 hours after my levothyroxine. I won’t know if it’s helping my osteoporosis until my next scan but am hopeful.
