Cookies and Cream Nice Cream Pie

The perfect dessert for any summer night or gathering - this cookies and cream nice cream pie is totally plant-based and packed with vitamins and nutrients. With protein from PlantFusion Complete Protein to potassium from ripe bananas, this fun frozen treat is a total crowd pleaser! 


5 bananas, sliced and frozen 

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 pre-made, plant-based chocolate cookie crust 

1 can coconut whipped cream 

1 package mini chocolate sandwich cookies 

Sweetener, such as agave, to taste 

Plant-based milk, to taste. 


  1. Add frozen bananas to a blender when they are softly frozen. Blend until a smooth, soft-serve ice cream-like texture has formed. Then add cocoa powder and sweetener, and blend.

  2. Add 1 scoop PlantFusion Complete Protein, Cookies and Cream, then blend again until combined. Add plant-based milk as needed to blend, but not too much, as the texture should be thick, like ice cream.

  3. Add your nice cream to the pie crust, top with coconut whipped cream, and crushed mini sandwich cookies. Place back into the freezer until you’re ready to slice and enjoy!
