- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop of your PlantFusion Complete Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 pitted Medjool dates (for added sweetness, optional)
- Ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
Gather all the ingredients to ensure you have everything on hand.
If using fresh strawberries, rinse them thoroughly and remove the green stems. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw slightly before use.
