I tried this because it was available in a pouch instead of a plastic jug. Yay! Our local food co-op sells it so there’s no shipping involved. Yay #2! The consistency isn’t as fine as the Complete Protein but it’s still a great product and I’ll definitely keep using it 👍🏻👍🏻
I blend with ice, milk, and water. It doesn’t mix well and by the end of the mug, there’s a big glob of the mix in the bottom of the cup. We aren’t fans of the stevia taste either. We love mushroom proteins but not sure this is the best option for us.
I have used plant based for four years…I was diagnosed with double positive breast cancer and my oncologist wanted me to take a plant based calicum that didn’t contain soy.
