This is my new favorite protein on the market! The taste is amazing and I like the consistency of the powder. Most other protein mixes are very chalky and do not mix well. Give it a try you will be pleased!!
I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and also am vegan. So I'm thankful to have found this product. I have been taking it for only 3 weeks but I believe I feel a difference. I have been sleeping more without taking any sleep aids (like I was) and constipation has improved. The pills are too big to swallow so I crush them. Since they are too hard for the pill crusher, I use my garlic press! I add a spoonful of applesauce to the crumbs and it is very easy to take that way. It would be great if the pills could be put into a gel capsule so I can open it without having to crush it. I tried to take 3 per day but am only able to take 2 for now, one in the am & and one in the pm. I will eventually increase the dosage.
I wasn’t what to expect about the flavor, but it’s very good and easy to consume! I just wish there were more servings per container.
