I tried this because it was available in a pouch instead of a plastic jug. Yay! Our local food co-op sells it so there’s no shipping involved. Yay #2! The consistency isn’t as fine as the Complete Protein but it’s still a great product and I’ll definitely keep using it 👍🏻👍🏻
I blend with ice, milk, and water. It doesn’t mix well and by the end of the mug, there’s a big glob of the mix in the bottom of the cup. We aren’t fans of the stevia taste either. We love mushroom proteins but not sure this is the best option for us.
I have used plant based for four years…I was diagnosed with double positive breast cancer and my oncologist wanted me to take a plant based calicum that didn’t contain soy. I took a while to find, but I finally discovered Plant Fusion. Also, I’m on Letrozole and my bone density has only made a slight drop.
So I drink protein powder with just water and unflavored whey protein is what I drank in the past and with just a bit of water it dissolved and tasted OK. This one...well I definitely need to add much more water for it to dissolve and be in liquid state instead of like a paste. And flavor...even though unflavored - not that great. But it's been just few days so hopefully I will get used to it.
