This includes ensuring the presence of macro and micronutrients, as well as natural fibers, without additional sugars. Our whole ingredients are organic, natural, clean label, and eco-friendly.
Under Control: Our fermented ingredients are produced using the process of controlled fermentation to avoid unintended consequences by terminating the process with a heat step. Controlled fermentation benefits include longer food preservation by creating an environment that inhibits the growth of bacteria; enhanced flavor; increased nutritional value of certain nutrients that are more bioavailable to the body; and diversity to introduce a greater variety of foods throughout the year by allowing for preservation of seasonal items.
